Position: Immigration & Naturalization Attorney

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Immigration & Naturalization Attorney to join our team at Davis & Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on various immigration matters, including visas, green cards, citizenship, and deportation defense
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with accuracy and attention to detail
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and interviews with government agencies
• Stay informed about changes in immigration law and policy to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law
• Demonstrated knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Fluency in a second language (preferred but not required)
