Position: Major Appliance Technician

Job Description:

As a Major Appliance Technician at Dawson Company, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of major appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, ranges, washers, and dryers. You will work closely with customers to identify issues, provide estimates for repairs, and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in major appliance repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, ranges, washers, and dryers
• Provide estimates for repairs and communicate with customers about pricing and timelines
• Order parts and supplies as needed for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
• Ensure all work is completed to meet company standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in major appliance repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Certification in major appliance repair is a plus
