Legal Service Plans Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in the area of Legal Service Plans.
• Handle a caseload of Legal Service Plans matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to effectively manage cases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts in a professional and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Legal Service Plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
