Position Available: Elder Law Attorney

As an Elder Law Attorney at Dean Law Firm PLLC, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to elderly clients, including but not limited to:

• Medicaid planning
• Long-term care planning
• Guardianship
• Elder abuse
• Advance directives

Position Available: Probate Law Attorney

As a Probate Law Attorney at Dean Law Firm PLLC, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the probate process, including:

• Probate administration
• Will contests
• Trust litigation
• Asset distribution

Position Available: Estate Planning, Probate, & Living Trusts Attorney

As an Estate Planning, Probate, & Living Trusts Attorney at Dean Law Firm PLLC, you will work closely with clients to create comprehensive estate plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Asset protection planning
• Probate avoidance strategies
• Trust administration

Requirements

To be considered for a position at Dean Law Firm PLLC, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• License to practice law in the state
• At least 2 years of experience in Elder Law, Probate Law, or Estate Planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
