Location: Houston, Texas

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Texas.
• Experience in DUI & DWI defense, criminal law, or related legal areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
