We Are Hiring:

Define is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Fitness Instructors. As a Fitness Instructor at Define, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, develop personalized fitness plans, and lead group exercise classes. We are looking for individuals who are committed to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and who are passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs
• Leading group exercise classes, including yoga, Pilates, and high-intensity interval training
• Providing guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
• Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to fitness plans as needed
• Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients

Qualifications:

• Certification in personal training, group fitness instruction, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Experience working with diverse groups of clients
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
