Position: Dog Care Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with dogs in our daycare facility
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care
• Monitor playtime and maintain a clean environment
• Assist in feeding and administering medications as needed
• Provide companionship, exercise, and mental stimulation for dogs
• Communicate effectively with pet parents and update them on their dog’s day

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with dogs preferred
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Passionate about animal welfare and care
• Ability to work in a team environment

Position: Pet Boarding & Kennel Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily care of dogs staying overnight in our boarding facility
• Feed, walk, and clean up after dogs in the kennel area
• Ensure all dogs have fresh water and a clean, comfortable living space
• Monitor and report any changes in a dog’s behavior or health
• Provide playtime, cuddles, and attention to keep dogs happy and engaged
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling dogs

Requirements:

• Experience in animal care or a related field preferred
• Ability to work with dogs of all temperaments and energy levels
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Patience and compassion for animals in your care
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Position: Pet Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client bookings for dog daycare, boarding, and grooming services
• Assist pet parents with scheduling appointments and answering questions
• Coordinate pick-up and drop-off times for pets in our care
• Maintain accurate records of pet information, vaccinations, and special instructions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
• Work closely with the dog care team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and software programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Experience in a client-facing role preferred
• Passion for providing top-quality care and service to pets and their owners
