Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Cosmetic Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating beautiful smiles and enhancing the overall appearance of our patients’ teeth. As a Cosmetic Dentist at Derek W. Scott DDS & Associates, you will be responsible for performing a range of cosmetic dental procedures, including but not limited to teeth whitening, veneers, bonding, and smile makeovers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their dental goals and desires.
• Perform cosmetic dental procedures to improve the appearance of patients’ teeth.
• Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and the benefits of cosmetic dentistry.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Proven experience as a Cosmetic Dentist, with a strong portfolio of successful cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Job Description

We are also looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Derek W. Scott DDS & Associates. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with our dentists to provide comprehensive oral health care to our patients, with a focus on preventive dental practices and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and screenings to assess patients’ oral health.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies.
• Take dental x-rays and assist dentists with various dental procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety.
• Record and update patient information in electronic health records.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active state dental hygiene license.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
