Job Title: Flooring Contractors

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Flooring Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the flooring industry, with a strong background in installing and repairing various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit installation area
• Prepare subfloor surfaces and ensure they are level and smooth
• Install flooring materials according to design specifications
• Inspect and repair damaged flooring as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the flooring industry
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
