We are currently seeking experienced and skilled General Contractors to join our team. As a General Contractor at Detail Construction, Inc, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to managing budgets and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the construction process
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Position: Patio Builders

We are also looking for talented Patio Builders to join our team. As a Patio Builder at Detail Construction, Inc, you will create beautiful outdoor living spaces that enhance our clients’ homes and lifestyles.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build customized patios and outdoor structures
• Select and install materials such as pavers, stones, and wood
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Patio Builder
• Excellent carpentry and masonry skills
• Creative design capabilities
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Position: Fence Sales, Service & Contractors

Detail Construction, Inc is also in need of Fence Sales, Service, and Contractors to join our team. As a Fence Sales, Service & Contractor, you will be responsible for selling, installing, and servicing a variety of fence styles and materials for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their fencing needs
• Provide accurate estimates and proposals
• Install fences according to specifications
• Maintain and repair existing fences

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fence sales, service, or installation
• Knowledge of different fencing materials and styles
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
