Position: Community Outreach Coordinator

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This vital role will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs that raise awareness of DAV’s services and resources within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute community events, including health fairs, job fairs, and resource fairs.
• Establish relationships with local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to promote DAV’s mission.
• Create and distribute promotional materials to increase visibility and engagement with DAV programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach strategies that target underserved veteran populations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in community outreach, event planning, or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for serving veterans and their families.
