Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through various channels
• Educate customers on different insurance policies and coverage options
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plan for their needs
• Prepare and present quotes to potential customers
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Active insurance license in the state of Texas
