We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Concrete Contractors

We are seeking experienced Concrete Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Setting forms and rebar
• Operating various concrete equipment
• Ensuring quality control and safety standards are met

Drainage Contractors

Discovery Construction Inc is looking for skilled Drainage Contractors to work on our various projects. The successful candidate will have experience in drainage solutions and be familiar with different types of drainage systems. Responsibilities include:

• Installing and repairing drainage systems
• Excavating and grading land for proper drainage
• Identifying drainage issues and proposing effective solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed

General Contractors

We are also in need of General Contractors to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all aspects of construction and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities include:

• Estimating project costs and developing budgets
• Hiring and supervising subcontractors and laborers
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

To be considered for any of the above positions, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
