We are looking for a Lead in our Used Tanks Division

Job Description:

As a Lead in our Used Tanks division, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and sales of our used tanks inventory. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who can lead a team, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure the quality of our products meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of used tanks, including organizing, pricing, and marketing.
• Lead a team of sales representatives and provide training and guidance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Ensure the quality of used tanks meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of used tanks as needed.
• Work closely with the management team to set and achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or operations, preferably in the industrial equipment industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of used tanks or similar products is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
