Position: Sous Chef

• Assist the Head Chef in creating delicious French and Italian dishes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service hours
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menus and recipes

Position: Server

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Address any customer concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Position: Bartender

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer
• Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked with supplies
• Mix drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Manage cash transactions and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
