We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Practice Attorney to join our team in providing comprehensive legal representation to our diverse client base. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and collaborate with colleagues who are experts in various areas of law.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas
• Manage a caseload of diverse matters, including but not limited to business law, employment law, real estate law, and civil litigation
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other materials
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws and regulations
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a general practice setting
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in a wide range of legal areas
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
