Position: Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and adoption
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
