About Us

Don Carlos Mexican Restaurant on Broadway St is a well-established Mexican restaurant that has been serving delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, delicious food, and a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In addition to our restaurant, we also offer banquet hall and catering services for special events and celebrations.

We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our guests. If you have a love for Mexican cuisine, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Positions Available

At Don Carlos Mexican Restaurant, we have the following positions available:

• Server
• Bartender
• Cook
• Host/Hostess
• Event Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Server

• Greet and seat guests
• Take customer orders
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Bartender

• Mix and serve drinks according to recipes
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies

Cook

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests as they arrive
• Maintain a waitlist and seating chart
• Assist servers with clearing and setting tables
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

Event Coordinator

• Plan and organize events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions
• Coordinate with clients to create customized menus and services
• Work with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth execution of events
• Provide exceptional customer service to all event guests

Qualifications

To be successful in these roles, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety certification is a plus
