We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Don Rey Mexican Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Mexican dishes according to our recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and take pride in delivering top-notch culinary creations to our guests. Responsibilities include:

– Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and measuring ingredients
– Cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
– Maintaining a clean and organized work station
– Following food safety protocols at all times

2. Server

We are seeking outgoing and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at Don Rey Mexican Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all. Responsibilities include:

– Greeting guests warmly and taking their orders accurately
– Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
– Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
– Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner

3. Dishwasher

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly by keeping dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment clean and sanitized. Responsibilities include:

– Loading and unloading the dishwasher
– Hand-washing items that cannot be run through the dishwasher
– Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized
– Assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role (for Line Cook and Server positions)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Food handler’s certificate (preferred)
