We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Doner & Gyros, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes following our recipes and guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and marinating proteins
• Cook dishes according to menu specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

2. Cashier

Our Cashiers play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately
• Process payments using our POS system
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Basic math skills
