Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and prospects
• Assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage for their needs
• Handle inquiries and policy changes in a timely and efficient manner
• Process insurance applications and claims
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and insurance software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
