Open Positions

At Dons Towing and Recovery Specialists, we have the following positions available:

• Automotive Roadside Service Technician
• Wrecker Service Equipment Operator
• Towing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Automotive Roadside Service Technician

• Respond to calls for roadside assistance promptly and efficiently
• Assess and diagnose vehicle issues
• Provide jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout services

Wrecker Service Equipment Operator

• Operate wrecker trucks to tow vehicles to designated locations
• Secure vehicles properly for transport
• Follow safety protocols and regulations

Towing Specialist

• Respond to towing requests and transport vehicles safely and securely
• Assist with vehicle recovery operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in the towing or automotive industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
