Are you passionate about great food and exceptional customer service? Do you have a sweet tooth and a desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment? If so, we want YOU to join our team at Donut Haven! We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Donut Maker

As a Donut Maker at Donut Haven, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and frying donut dough
• Decorating donuts with glazes, sprinkles, and toppings
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Assisting with inventory management

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a team setting. Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!

2. Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of Donut Haven. If you enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service, this is the perfect job for you. Duties include:

• Greeting customers and taking their orders
• Handling cash transactions and operating the register
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Keeping the dining area clean and organized

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

3. Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Donut Haven, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising staff and delegating tasks
• Training new employees and providing ongoing support
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate for this position is a natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is required.
