As a flooring contractor, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring materials for our clients. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing hardwood, laminate, tile, and other types of flooring materials
• Repairing and refinishing damaged floors
• Measuring and cutting flooring materials to fit specific spaces
• Ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations
• Collaborating with the design team to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a flooring contractor
• Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment for flooring installation
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
