Position Available: Barista

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious beverages? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for customer service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Barista at one of our coffee shops. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks to our customers, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and presentation. Additionally, you will interact with customers to provide exceptional service and build relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, following recipes and presentation guidelines
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries and requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee preparation and service areas
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines, following all safety and sanitation procedures
• Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available for use

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drink preparation
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers in a positive and professional manner
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
