Position: Insurance Attorneys

As an Insurance Attorney at Doyle LLP Trial Lawyers, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of insurance defense cases, representing clients in both state and federal courts. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of your cases, from initial investigation to trial, and will work closely with our team of experienced litigators to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide strategic advice to clients on insurance matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas (or ability to waive in)
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
