Position: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our Accident & Property Damage practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with a focus on cases involving accidents and property damage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases and make a positive impact on our clients’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of accident and property damage cases, from initial client intake to settlement or trial
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court proceedings
• Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes for clients
• Providing timely and effective communication to clients regarding the status of their cases
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on accident and property damage cases
• Strong litigation skills and experience in trial advocacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
