Job Description:
As a Cardiology Physician at Dr. Andres Mesa, MD, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating various heart conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests, educating patients on heart health, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing physical examinations and obtaining patients’ medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations
- Developing personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history and test results
- Monitoring patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating patients on preventive measures to maintain heart health
- Collaborating with nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Valid state medical license
