Position: Physician, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

We are currently looking for a highly qualified Physician to join our team in providing comprehensive care to patients in need of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation services. This individual will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, where patient care is our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Perform injections and other procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely
  • Stay current on the latest developments in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • State medical license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting

Position: Physician, Pain Management

We are also seeking a skilled Physician to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients suffering from chronic pain. This individual will play a crucial role in helping patients manage their pain effectively and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients with chronic pain and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medication and perform procedures to alleviate pain
  • Coordinate care with other specialists as needed
  • Provide education to patients on pain management techniques

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Board certification in Pain Management
