About the Role:

As part of Draeger’s Contract Manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are able to work well in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and uphold Draeger’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to meet production targets and quality standards
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with suppliers to find solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing or production management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. medical devices, automotive, aerospace) is a plus
