Are you a coffee enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests? If so, we want you to join our team!

Position: Barista

As a Barista at Drip Coffee Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes. In addition to making coffee, you will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
• Restock supplies as needed
• Work as a team player to ensure the success of the cafe

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Position: Server

We are also looking for servers to join our team at Drip Coffee Cafe. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
• Assist in cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
