Position: Baker

Droubi’s Bakery & Imports is a family-owned bakery and delicatessen that has been serving the community delicious Middle Eastern pastries, bread, and imported goods for over 30 years. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients to create authentic and mouth-watering products that keep our customers coming back for more. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for a variety of pastries and breads
• Bake products in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Decorate pastries and breads in an aesthetically pleasing manner
• Monitor ovens and adjust temperatures as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery, restaurant, or similar establishment
• Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
