As a General Contractor at Drymalla Construction, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations
• Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor in the construction industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Attention to detail and quality
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Valid contractor’s license
