General Practice Attorney

Attorney

Do you have experience in a specific area of law and are looking to expand your practice? Dunwoody Law Firm is looking for an Attorney to specialize in a particular practice area such as family law, personal injury, or real estate. This role offers the opportunity to focus your skills and expertise in a specific legal field while working alongside a supportive team of attorneys who are dedicated to helping you succeed in your practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and more
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements
• Appear in court on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience practicing law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to providing top-quality legal services to clients
