Position: General Contractor

Duratech Foundation Repair is currently seeking experienced General Contractors to join our team. As a General Contractor at Duratech Foundation Repair, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of foundation repair projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, be well-versed in foundation repair techniques, and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of foundation repair projects
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on foundation repair
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification preferred
