We are Hiring: Social Service Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Social Service Coordinator at Dwelling Place Church, you will play a vital role in connecting our congregation with resources and services to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify needs within the community and develop programs to meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include:

– Building relationships with local organizations and government agencies to access relevant services
– Providing guidance and support to individuals and families facing challenges such as homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues
– Organizing and leading outreach efforts to serve the most vulnerable members of our community
– Collaborating with our volunteer team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all who come through our doors

Qualifications:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about serving others. The ideal candidate will have:

– A background in social work, counseling, or a related field
