Job Title: Sales Associate – Hardware Stores

Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving challenging problems? Do you have a strong background in hardware store sales and a deep understanding of pumps and related products? If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Associate at DXP Enterprises, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hardware store customers
• Promote and sell pumps, valves, and other industrial products
• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers
• Generate new business through prospecting and lead follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hardware store sales is required
• Knowledge of pumps and related products is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
