Position: Accounting Services Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounting Services Specialist. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality accounting services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks for clients, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, financial statement preparation, and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide financial advice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPA designation is a plus.
