We are currently hiring for the following position:

Funeral Director/ Funeral Planning Specialist

Job Description:

As a Funeral Director/ Funeral Planning Specialist at Dynasty Memorial Mortuary, you will be responsible for assisting families in arranging and coordinating all aspects of funeral services. This includes meeting with families to discuss their needs and preferences, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and overseeing the details of the funeral service.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements and preferences
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all details are in place for the funeral service
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of the deceased for visitation and funeral services
  • Provide support and guidance to families during the grieving process
  • Handle administrative tasks related to funeral planning such as filling out paperwork and obtaining necessary permits

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in funeral directing or funeral planning is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in emotionally charged situations
  • Valid driver’s license
