Position: General Contractor

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and team leadership. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure quality control and adherence to building codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Problem-solve and make decisions to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid contractor’s license

Position: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

We are also looking to hire an Altering & Remodeling Contractor who is passionate about transforming spaces and creating beautiful, functional designs. The chosen candidate will work closely with clients to bring their renovation dreams to fruition, while ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and desires
• Create detailed remodeling plans and proposals
• Oversee construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in altering & remodeling
• Proficient in design software and project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Portfolio showcasing past remodeling projects

Position: Home Improvement Specialist
