Position: Sushi Chef

Are you an experienced sushi chef looking to showcase your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Look no further – E Star Chinese Buffet is seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and delicious sushi dishes that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi bar area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests at the sushi bar

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef
• Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in food handling and safety
