Position Available: Plant Nursery Associate

We are currently seeking a Plant Nursery Associate to join our team at Earth Friendly Dirt & Mulch Co. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about plants and trees and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with plant and tree selection
• Provide guidance on plant care and maintenance
• Water, prune, and maintain plants in the nursery
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursery
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a plant nursery or garden center
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
