Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers with their moving and storage needs. Depending on the position you are applying for, your responsibilities may include:

Movers

• Assisting with loading and unloading household goods onto and off of moving trucks
• Packing and unpacking items to ensure they are safely transported
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
• Ensuring that all items are handled with care and respect

Movers & Full Service Storage

• Performing the same duties as Movers, with the addition of assisting with storage services
• Organizing and storing items in our secure storage facility
• Keeping detailed inventory records of stored items
• Retrieving items from storage as needed

Moving Services-Labor & Materials

• Providing labor services for moving jobs, such as furniture assembly and disassembly
• Delivering packing materials to customers in preparation for their move
• Assisting with packing fragile items to ensure they are protected during transport
• Supporting the overall moving process by providing additional labor and materials as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in one of our positions, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license (for some positions)
