About the Job

We are currently seeking skilled iron workers to join our team at East Jordan Iron Works Inc. As an iron worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing iron structures such as bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and shape iron materials using various tools
• Weld, bolt, and rivet iron components together to create structures
• Install iron structures on construction sites
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an iron worker
• Knowledge of welding techniques
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
