Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Job Description

As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Eastend Social Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to engage with community members, increase awareness of our services, and promote collaboration with other organizations. Your role will involve building relationships with stakeholders, coordinating events, and advocating for the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and businesses
• Create and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness of our services
• Plan and execute community events and information sessions
• Work closely with clients to assess their needs and connect them with resources
• Advocate for policy changes to better serve the community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
• Experience in community outreach and program development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social justice and making a positive impact
