Job Title: Heating Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating systems for residential and commercial properties
• Determine heating requirements and recommend appropriate equipment or systems
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on heating systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating system issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building code regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a heating contractor
• Valid HVAC license
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
