Position: Baker

As a baker at Eck Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and cakes according to established recipes and guidelines. You will work closely with our head baker to ensure that our products meet our high standards of quality and taste.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes
• Bake items in ovens or on grills
• Decorate pastries and cakes according to customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a bakery or similar environment
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious baked goods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
