Position Available: Personal Injury Law Attorney

At Ed The Law Bull Injury and Accident Attorneys, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Personal Injury Law Attorney to join our team. As a Personal Injury Law Attorney, you will handle a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, including investigation, negotiation, and litigation. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with personalized legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and medical malpractice
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Available: Wrongful Death Attorney

Ed The Law Bull Injury and Accident Attorneys is also looking for a dedicated Wrongful Death Attorney to join our team. As a Wrongful Death Attorney, you will represent families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of another party. You will provide compassionate legal counsel and fight for justice on behalf of your clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle wrongful death cases with sensitivity and professionalism
• Investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of the deceased
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case progress
• Work with experts and witnesses to build a strong case
• Pursue maximum compensation for the families of the deceased

Qualifications:

• JD degree and bar admission
• Experience in handling wrongful death cases
• Empathy and understanding for grieving families
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
