Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, evaluating their insurance needs, and providing them with the best insurance solutions to protect their assets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate clients on various insurance products and coverages
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet clients’ needs
• Generate leads through networking and referrals
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the agency
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on client inquiries
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid insurance license
• Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
