Position Overview

As a Criminal Law Attorney at Edward Law Group, you will be responsible for representing clients in various criminal cases. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court on behalf of clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible legal advice and representation. In addition, you will collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings
• Appear in court on behalf of clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and other legal professionals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• 2+ years of experience practicing criminal law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
